'I had to write and thank you so much for all your help and support over the last 4 months. I can't believe that I actually completed my first 5K yesterday. I am still on a high.  I couldn't have done it without your support and encouragement and in particular in the last couple of weeks when I was starting to doubt myself and my motivation was dwindling.  As a 50+ menopausal lady with her share of health issues its good to know that there is life in the old dog still. I would say to anyone who thinks they are too old and don't know where to start to give it a go and contact Julie.
If you are looking at this website and thinking should I, can I? I say yes you can.  It was my good fortune that I was sitting behind Julies car one day parked at traffic lights.  I wasn't thinking personal trainer, I was thinking how miserable things can be, how tired and stressed I was.  I remembered the name and googled it when I got home.  I sent Julie an email and she replied that same day with some questionnaires about my diet and my health.  I thought once she would read all my medical history she might say no.  She didn't and that was the day that my life changed for the better. 
She tailored my sessions to suit my needs, plenty of variety from core work to help my balance to jogging for 1,2,3 minutes at the beginning with an eye on the goal of being able to jog non stop for my 5K. Her words of encouragement spurred me on and if she can do it for me she can do it for anyone. Thanks Julie!'
