Katy Croly - 5 months post natal

Katy has lost over 2 stone and over 6 inches from her waist and over 2 from her hips since she began 6 months ago.  'Although I enjoyed going to the gym, my workouts had no direction or much purpose.  Julie showed me how to increase my strength and stamina overtime whilst losing weight. She was aware of how to adjust my workouts since I was post-natal and still breastfeeding.  She is great at discussing proper nutrition, especially as I was trying to keep my energy levels up with endless cups of tea and biscuits!  
Although I had a break for a few months, I followed everything Julie had taught me and when I returned to training in June, was excited to see I had lost over 2 stone and 5 inches from my waist since I started.  I have since lost another inch from my waist. I dont know how much I weigh as, for the first time in a long time, I am happy with the way I look and don't feel the need to be a slave to the scales.  I know that a lot of this is down to what I have been taught by Julie and I know I am still losing weight as my clothes keep becoming looser!  I especially love training outside now, even in the rain!'
