'I have been getting PT sessions with Julie for a year now.  My goal was to run a half marathon and through a training plan combined with regular sessions. I managed to build up my running for the half marathon distance - something I never thought I would achieve and something I don't think I'd have achieved without Julie's help.  Unfortunately an injury prevented me from running on race day however Julie was always on hand to offer advice on rehabilitation and weight management.  Her help was indispensable, and she helped me get back into my running by doing my first few runs with me.  I honestly don't think I would have had the confidence to run again without her!

Her knowledge on health and fitness is nothing short of astounding!  Her sessions are always challenging and fun.  What I find so valuable about training with her is that she motivates me and makes me work hard, which I do not always do if I'm on my own!  I always feel very energised and satisfied following a session.  Furthermore, Julie is not just my PT but also my counsellor!  She is a great listener and doesn't mind me talking about my problems, and she invariably offers me good advice in return. For anyone thinking about getting a session with Julie, I would say don't think and do it!  She is an awesome trainer and I really don't know what I would do without her!'
