CBT & Reiki


Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique which uses spiritual energy to help balance, heal and harmonise the body. Reiki can be carried out in your own home if suitable.


Some clients combine Yoga with CBT in a 90 minute session; the benefits of releasing blockages in your body and relaxation will last for some days after a session.
