CBT & Reiki


Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique which uses spiritual energy to help balance, heal and harmonise the body. 


Some clients combine Reiki with CBT in a 90 minute session; the benefits of releasing blockages in your body and relaxation will last for some days after a session.
