Reiki training will enhance the energy channelling in your body to help you with healing, in a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual way. 

At level one you can feel changes on a personal level with whatever you’re going through in your life.  You ll experience two placements and learn how to give reiki to yourself and others including pets.

At level two you will be given the sacred symbols to learn and use, deepening the attunement of energy in your body.  You can then practise with clients and send distance healing to others.

All upcoming dates will be on the ‘Home’ page.  Training is held in Gartcosh and numbers kept to 5 maximum to allow for a more intimate experience.

I just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you for the wonderful day I spent on my Reiki Level 1 training. Although I was open to the experience, I felt a little apprehensive and unsure of what to expect. However, I need not have worried — the day was relaxed, informative, and truly enjoyable.

Since completing the training, I’ve introduced daily Reiki practice into my life, and I can honestly feel a difference. I’ve also gained a clearer vision of my future — something that has felt uncertain for a few years. Whether it’s coincidence or not, I truly believe that Reiki has helped make that clarity possible.

I feel very grateful and excited for what lies ahead.
